Chelated copper glycinate :  210 mg.

Cobalt chloride :  3.15 mg.

Cholecalciferol :  5250 I.U.

Niacinamide :  105 mg.

Biotin :  577.5 mcg.

Folic acid :  3.15 mg.

Cyanocobalamin(Vit. B 12) :  105 mcg.
